To reserve your install date we typically ask for a deposit, with the remaining balance due when the job is complete. Your quote will spell out the exact amounts, and we'll confirm the ways you can pay when you book.

Garage floor paint and most store-bought kits are thin coatings applied over lightly etched concrete. They can look good at first, but they often peel, chip, or lift under hot tires within a few years. We start by grinding the concrete so the coating can grip it, then install a thicker, professional-grade system with flake and a durable topcoat. You also skip a weekend of hard prep work and the do-over if a DIY floor fails.

Before your install date, it's your responsibility to clear the space, with everything off the floor. That includes vehicles, shelves, storage bins, tools, and anything else sitting on the concrete. Exact times depend on the products, temperature, and humidity, and we'll confirm them when we finish. As a general guide, you can walk on it in clean, soft-soled shoes or socks after about 24 hours. Wait about 72 hours before driving or parking on it, and about a week before moving in heavy items or doing mechanical work. Cooler weather means longer cure times, so give it extra time on cold days.

Sweep or dust mop regularly with a soft broom or microfiber mop. For a deeper clean, mop with warm water and a mild pH-neutral cleaner. Wipe up spills promptly, especially oil, gas, and battery acid. Avoid vinegar and citrus cleaners, bleach and other harsh chemicals, dish soap or soap-based cleaners, abrasive pads and steel wool, and high-pressure washing. These can dull the finish, leave a slippery film, or scratch the surface.

Our warranty covers our workmanship and materials, including the coating peeling or lifting from properly prepared concrete under normal use. It doesn't cover cracks or movement in the concrete, moisture coming up through the slab, damage from heavy impacts, chemical spills left to sit, or damage from not following our care guidelines.
